Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2- or 4-year construction-related degree OR Journeyman apprenticeship completed.
• 3-5 years experience in electrical, mechanical, or construction field.
• 1-2 years experience leading workplace safety efforts.
• Experience in outdoor, hands-on construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Forecast weekly work, who does it, and when.
• Coordinate daily departmental activities and assign manpower.
• Ensure monthly reporting compliance.
• Monitor job status and labor productivity.
• Mentor and develop field leadership and team members.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and service quality.
• Support billing, collections, and working capital tracking.
• Promote continuous safety improvements and open communication.
