Job summary
Xylem is seeking an Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician to support Mulberry, FL and surrounding areas, focusing on on-site operation, electrical troubleshooting, service, and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment equipment.
The role emphasizes industrial electrical systems, including motors, control panels, instrumentation, and related components; prior experience in industrial electrical or controls environments is preferred, and training will be provided.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-5 years of technical experience in municipal, industrial, or commercial environments with emphasis on electrical systems.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical equipment (motors, starters, panels, sensors).
- Reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams; MS Office skills; safe work practices.
Responsibilities
- On-site operation, electrical troubleshooting, service and maintenance of water and wastewater equipment.
- Focus on motors, control panels, instrumentation and related components.
- Training provided; prior experience in industrial electrical/controls preferred.
- Day shift Monday–Friday with overtime and occasional weekend work.
