Aerotek is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician for a permanent onsite role in Georgetown, KY. The position focuses on installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex industrial equipment to maximize uptime and safety.

Responsibilities include PLC troubleshooting, reading schematics, preventive maintenance, and collaborating with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The role emphasizes safety and continuous improvement of equipment performance.

Qualifications

Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting.
Experience in maintenance technician roles.
Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
Skill in PLC troubleshooting and programming.
Ability to read and interpret schematics.
Experience with preventive maintenance.
Competence in industrial equipment maintenance.
Understanding of pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex manufacturing and commercial equipment.
Ensure operational efficiency of machinery and systems.
Minimize machinery downtime through effective maintenance strategies.
Adhere to strict safety standards while performing all tasks.
Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections.
Perform electrical maintenance including PLC troubleshooting and programming.
Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting and repairs.
