Job summary

ADM Enderlin, ND seeks an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to support predictive, preventive, and planned maintenance of power, motor control, and process systems. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and implement repairs, documenting status in the maintenance system.

The role requires NEC/IEEE familiarity, blueprint reading, and strict safety adherence. On-call every 5th week and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are expected in this full-time position.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years instrumentation experience and/or equivalent degree or schooling (industrial or commercial setting).
• Able to run conduit, troubleshoot, read blue prints.
• Committed to ADM’s zero-injury safety culture and follow procedures.
• Willing to be on-call every 5th week and promote food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and implement repair solutions for electrical power and control equipment and process control components.
• Follow NEC/IEEE guidelines to ensure safe, compliant installations.
• Use the maintenance management system to plan and record activities on plant assets.
• Contribute to food safety and quality programs and safety policies.
• Support Performance Excellence processes and team objectives.
