Job summary

Frey Consulting Group seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman for direct-hire work across Northern California, including the Central Valley, Greater Bay Area, and Sacramento region. You will lead and supervise industrial electrical crews, manage the scope, and ensure safe, on-time installations with quality workmanship.

The role requires 5+ years of electrical experience, a Journeyman license (Master a plus), and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of electrical experience; foreman or lead experience preferred.
• Journeyman Electrician license preferred (Master a plus).
• Experience on industrial electrical projects with rigid conduit and hazardous location work.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, safety regulations, and site leadership.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians and apprentices on job sites.
• Manage electrical scope, installation, repair, and inspection.
• Read blueprints/schematics; verify dimensions and layouts.
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and monitor crew productivity.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes; coordinate with PMs and inspectors.
• Maintain daily reports, timecards, and material lists.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Travel within ~100 miles of Brentwood, CA; operate equipment as needed.
