Job summary

Frey Consulting Group seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial projects across Northern California. You will supervise crews, read blueprints, plan daily work, and ensure quality installs while maintaining safety and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of electrical field leadership, a Journeyman license preferred, and strong communication skills to coordinate with project teams on diverse tenant improvements and ground-up work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of electrical experience with foreman or lead exposure.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, codes, and safety regulations.
• Experience on commercial tenant improvements and ground-up projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead electricians and apprentices on job sites.
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and manage schedule and crew productivity.
• Read blueprints and electrical drawings; ensure work meets codes and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades.
• Maintain daily reports, timecards, and material lists.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and guide the crew on installations.
