Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and supervise crews on industrial projects across Northern California. You will run electrical scope, coordinate with project teams, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical roles, a Journeyman license (Master preferred), and proven ability to read complex drawings while maintaining schedules and safety standards. Travel within ~100 miles of Brentwood, CA is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years electrical experience with foreman or lead experience.
• Journeyman Electrician license preferred; Master license a plus.
• Industrial electrical project experience, including hazardous location work, strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians and apprentices on job sites.
• Manage electrical scope including installation, repair, and inspection.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances per drawings or plans.
• Prepare and lay out electrical systems, including wiring diagrams and panel locations.
• Plan and run daily work—assign tasks, manage schedule and crew productivity.
• Ensure all work meets NEC, local codes, and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, timecards, and material lists.
• Train and mentor crew members.
