Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking an Industrial Electrical Foreman to lead field teams on industrial projects in Virginia and surrounding areas. You will oversee manpower allocation, scheduling, safety, and coordination with customers, engineers, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of industrial electrical experience and at least 2 years of site leadership, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial electrical experience.
• 2+ years of job site leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret job site documentation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manpower allocation to balance financials and skills.
• Initial project scheduling and ongoing schedule updates.
• Maintain relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors and engineers.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly used and maintained.
• Document project correspondence to protect Moore's interests.
• Inform Project/Operations Managers of major developments and improvements.
