Moore's Electrical & Mechanical Construction, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Electrical Foreman for the Greater Richmond area. The role provides leadership on site across industrial projects and emphasizes safety, Lean practices, and efficient scheduling.

You will oversee manpower, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure installations follow drawings and job documents while maintaining a safe, productive work environment for the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial electrical experience.
• 2+ years of job site leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Proven leadership with dedication and patience.
• Ability to read and interpret job site docs with minimal supervision.
• Ensure installations align with drawings and documents.
• Maintain a safe, productive job site for the team.
• Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, Teams, Smartsheets.

Responsibilities

• Promote Moore's Vision, Mission, and Values on sites.
• Prioritize safety and execute lead measures effectively.
• Lead Lean principles with Continuous Improvement Manager.
• Oversee manpower allocation for projects.
• Initial project scheduling and ongoing updates.
• Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage change orders and tool/equipment usage.
• Document project communications to protect interests.
• Keep PM and Ops informed of major developments and improvements.
• Assist other department members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by PM/Operations Manager.
