Job summary

IMI Industrial Services Group is seeking a full-time Electrical Foreman local to the Athens, GA area. The candidate will lead wiring installation efforts, coordinate with plant engineers, and uphold safety and quality standards across projects.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience; NCCER certification or related training is a plus. Expect some travel with per diem; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with rigid conduit, motors and motor controls.
• Able to read and interpret drawings/marked-up as-built redlines.
• Lead field crews with safety and quality focus.
• Coordinate installation activities with plant engineers.
• Willingness to travel with per diem as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate wiring, conduit, electrical fixtures, and control equipment to ensure safe, correct, and timely work.
• Inspect quality of all work to meet company standards and project specs.
• Review materials on site for correctness and defects.
• Ensure initial safety assessments (JHA's) and site inspections are completed before work begins.
• Communicate effectively with crews; resolve work-related issues.
