Job summary

IMI Industrial Services Group is seeking a full-time Electrical Foreman local to the Winder, GA area. You will supervise crews and coordinate installation and repair of wiring, conduit, and equipment across projects.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of electrical experience and NCCER certification or equivalent training. Expect some travel with per diem, and a strong emphasis on safety and quality control.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of electrical field experience.
• Experience with conduit, motors, motor controls, and related devices.
• NCCER certification or completion of a related program through an accredited technical school.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews to lay out, install, and repair wiring, conduit, and electrical fixtures safely and efficiently.
• Review project drawings and as-built marks for accuracy before turnover to customers.
• Ensure all safety assessments (JHA, site inspections) are completed prior to work.
• Maintain quality control and verify materials received are correct and not defective.
• Communicate effectively with plant engineers and crews to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor multiple projects and personnel, coordinating tasks and timelines.
• Support a safe, respectful work environment and lead by example.
