Job summary

IMI Industrial Services Group is seeking a full-time Electrical Foreman local to the Covington, GA area. You will lead electrical crews, coordinate installation and wiring tasks, and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires experience with motors, controls, and wiring for transformers, plus the ability to read drawings and guide the team through the installation phase. Travel is limited, with per diem provided. A strong emphasis on safety and teamwork is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with rigid conduit, motors, and motor controls.
• Familiar with wiring process for transformers.
• Able to read and understand drawings and mark up as-built red lines.
• Provide leadership ensuring safe, positive, and respectful work culture.
• Multitask and manage multiple employees and projects; some travel with per diem.

• Supervise and coordinate wiring installation activities.
• Inspect quality to meet standards.
• Review materials on site for correctness.
• Ensure initial safety assessments are completed before work.
