Job summary

IMI Industrial Services Group is seeking a full-time Electrical Foreman local to the Gainesville, GA area. The role requires supervising wiring, conduit, and electrical control work, with collaboration alongside plant engineers during installation phases.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience and may hold NCCER certification; calibration experience is a plus. Expect a safety‑conscious team environment and occasional travel with per diem.

Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of experience required.
• NCCER certification or completion of a related program through an accredited technical school.
• Experience with instrument calibration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in wiring, conduit, electrical fixtures and control equipment to ensure safety, quality and timeliness.
• Read and interpret drawings, marking up as-built red lines for return to customers.
• Provide leadership that fosters a safe, positive, and respectful work culture among crews.
• Collaborate with plant engineers on projects and drawings during installation phases.
• Inspect work quality to meet company standards and project specifications; review materials for correctness and defect avoidance.
• Ensure initial safety assessments (JHA and Worksite Safety Inspections) are completed before work begins.
• Communicate effectively and resolve work-related problems; manage multiple employees and projects.
• Some travel is required but limited; per diem is included.
