Job summary

Chemours in Wilmington, DE is seeking an Electrical Engineering Designer to support FEL design activities for industrial projects. You will develop and revise electrical deliverables and collaborate with Electrical Engineers and project teams.

The role requires an Associate degree in Drafting & Design or related field with 3–5 years of industrial electrical design experience, proficiency with MicroStation and AutoCAD, and knowledge of NFPA 70. Safety and quality come first.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Drafting & Design or related field with 3–5 years in industrial electrical design.
Proficiency with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
Working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC).
Detail-oriented with ability to produce accurate drawings.
Effective communication and collaboration with engineers.
Adherence to Chemours engineering processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and revise electrical design deliverables (single-line diagrams, schematics, panels).
Collaborate with Electrical Engineers and project teams on FEL design activities.
Review contractor drawings and ensure constructibility and standards.
Maintain project documentation and perform site visits as needed.
