Devine Management Consulting is seeking experienced Industrial Electric Motor Winders/Repair Technicians willing to relocate to Corpus Christi, Texas. You will disassemble, wind, test and reassemble AC/DC motors, stators, rotors, and armatures with precise specifications.

2+ years in motor winding/repair required; reading work orders and using electrical testing equipment is essential. Eligible for a sign-on, relocation and retention bonuses, with competitive $25–$34/hour pay and overtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on electric motor winding or motor repair experience.
• Experience working with AC and/or DC industrial motors.
• Experience with motor teardown, rewinding, repair, and reassembly.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and inspect industrial electric motors.
• Remove and replace existing windings.
• Wind and install new coils.
• Repair and rebuild AC/DC motors, stators, rotors, and armatures.
• Record winding data and follow specifications for rewinding.
• Perform motor testing and troubleshooting.
• Reassemble motors and prepare completed equipment for final testing.
• Use precision tools, electrical testing equipment, and industrial shop machinery.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
