- Service, troubleshoot, repair and install commercial and industrial doors
- Work on sectional, rolling steel, coiling, high speed and pedestrian doors
- Service door operators, motors controls and safety devices
- Repair springs, cables, tracks, rollers and related components
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Service and repair dock levelers and loading dock equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues
- Complete service documentation and communicate with customers
- Follow Primero and customer safety requirements
