Ledgent Technology in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Manager, Digital Technology to lead site technology operations for a large industrial organization. This senior role combines infrastructure leadership with strategic oversight of IT services, cybersecurity compliance, and end-user support, aligned with regional and enterprise teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in OT/industrial tech environments, 5+ years leading teams, and a proven track record delivering technology roadmaps, budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of technology experience supporting mining, manufacturing, energy, heavy industrial, or OT environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading technology teams in a management or supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure, technology operations, and business-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Digital Technology professionals and contractors.
• Ensure reliable delivery of technology services and achievement of SLAs.
• Drive implementation of infrastructure and application roadmaps, including cloud technologies and VDI.
• Support site-wide technology operations, including infrastructure, networks, systems, and critical applications.
• Continuously improve service delivery, operational performance, and user experience.
