Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking an IT Manager, Digital Technology in Las Vegas. You will lead the site DT team, oversee infrastructure and applications, and work with Regional and Central teams to align technology with business goals.

You will manage budgets, ensure SLAs, and drive cyber safety, compliance, and disaster recovery. Strong English skills and 10+ years in mining/heavy industry DT environments are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT/Engineering/Digital Tech or related field.
• 10+ years in mining or heavy industry within Digital Technology, industrial automation, or control systems.
• 5+ years in IT/DT managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing technology infrastructure and applications in the region.
• Full professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Digital Technology team and contractors to meet SLAs.
• Oversee on-site deployment of regional infrastructure and app roadmaps.
• Staff and upskill DT team to improve delivery capabilities.
• Manage site DT budget, forecasting and cost targets.
• Drive DT risk management, resilience planning and DR execution.
• Ensure cyber safety and SOX compliance across site.
