Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Digital & Technology Specialist for an on-site role in Wilson, NC. You will lead digital projects, support OT systems (MES/SCADA/DCS), and ensure regulatory compliance in cGMP environments.

The role requires a hands-on engineer with 3–5 years in regulated settings, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to lead projects both independently and with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with industrial automation and manufacturing systems (MES/SCADA/DCS).
• Familiarity with cGMP, EHS, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver digital & technology projects and workstreams.
• Provide day-to-day OT support for automation, manufacturing systems, and integrations.
• Capture requirements and translate them into technical designs.
