Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Automation Engineering Manager, OT Infrastructure & Integration, to lead the site’s OT infrastructure strategy in Wilson, NC. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with suppliers and system integrators, and drive lifecycle initiatives for secure, scalable manufacturing systems.
The role requires deep expertise in industrial networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, and DCS/PAS integration, with a strong focus on cGMP compliance and data integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of progressive OT infrastructure experience in regulated manufacturing.
- Experience leading OT infrastructure or manufacturing integration initiatives in GMP environments.
- Strong leadership for engineers, contractors, and system integrators.
- Deep knowledge of industrial networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, and lifecycle management.
- Willingness to travel internationally for training and FAT/integration testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead OT infrastructure strategy and lifecycle across the site.
- Coach OT team members, contractors, and system integrators.
- Define site OT architecture and security controls.
- Oversee end-to-end OT project delivery from concept to operation.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, validation, data integrity, and site standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet requirements.
