- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of digital applications and advanced analytics programs.
- Collaborate with site teams, process engineers, vendors, and IT to deliver scalable digital manufacturing solutions.
- Develop analytics use cases, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
- Ensure data quality, integration, governance, and effective data management.
- Monitor adoption and business value of initiatives.
