As an Industrial Diesel Mechanic you will be responsible for providing maintenance and production support through troubleshooting and repairing and preventative maintenance of forklifts and other equipment.

Essential Functions & Requirements

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
• Performs preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Supports Operations and Receiving by repairing forklifts and other mobile equipment as needed
• Follows all routine machine preventative maintenance schedules
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Education

• High-school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience

• 1+ years of diesel engine experience with a mechanical background (required)
• Previous welding experience (preferred)
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
• Regular and predictable attendance to perform the essential functions and requirements of this role
