Job summary

Link Logistics is seeking a Project Manager, Development to support and manage industrial real estate projects across the Central Region. You will oversee entitlements through vertical construction and lease-up, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to meet design, financial, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or related fields.
• Located in or willing to relocate to the Dallas or Austin, Texas area.
• Strong technical knowledge of site planning, entitlement, infrastructure, and vertical construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and consultant contracts.
• Familiarity with local regulatory processes and permitting requirements for ground-up industrial developments
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management and budgeting software is a plus.
• Anticipates and responds to internal and external customer needs with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple industrial development projects from entitlement through lease-up.
• Track and report milestones and obligations to align with development objectives.
• Develop and manage project budgets; prepare RFPs, schedules, and bid packages.
• Collaborate with Finance for cost analysis and underwriting of projects.
• Source, engage, and manage third-party consultants including surveyors, engineers, and architects.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure conformance with design plans.
• Maintain understanding of local industrial market pricing trends.
• Coordinate with local government officials on entitlement and permitting efforts.
• Assist with departmental strategic initiatives.
• Provide timely updates on change orders, risks, and issues affecting cost/schedule.
• Assist in pursuing land acquisition opportunities with preliminary budgets and assessments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
