Job summary

BOA is seeking an Industrial Designer to join the Platform Product Development team in Denver. The role focuses on creating disruptive and sustainable product solutions, from concept to manufacturing readiness, guided by the Industrial Design Manager or Lead Designer.

You will balance user needs with manufacturing constraints, contributing to UI/UX, ergonomics, and aesthetics while collaborating with global teams and brand partners. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design and 3+ years of Industrial Design experience.
• Experience conducting market research and connecting user needs to product design.
• Proficiency in 2D sketching, 3D CAD, and CAD rendering with industry standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Support all Industrial Design phases from brief and requirements through 2D/3D production-ready CAD.
• Conceptually explore, evaluate, and recommend design attributes relating to form, function, UI/UX, ergonomics, and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Product Line Directors to understand product strategy and commercial needs.
• Support Design Engineers with primary CAD files and relate components.
• Create 2D/3D content for launches: inspiration images, use cases, sketches, and storyboards.
