CELLA by Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Industrial Designer to lead the end-to-end visual evolution of premium furniture and lighting collections. You will translate concepts into market-defining products while collaborating with global teams across engineering and manufacturing.

The role offers a remote or hybrid work setup in NYC or Wappingers Falls, NY, with opportunities to influence brand positioning in luxury markets.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional industrial design experience specializing in furniture, luxury home décor, or specialized lighting design.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D design and rendering software.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field with strong cross-functional communication skills.

• Lead the end-to-end visual evolution and development of innovative furniture, lighting, and home décor collections to elevate brand positioning across global luxury markets.
• Drive concept generation through collaborative brainstorming sessions and multi-source research to establish compelling product narratives aligned with core brand attributes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering partners and international manufacturers to ensure design feasibility, structural integrity, and flawless execution.
• Present strategic design proposals and technical reviews to executive leadership and key stakeholders to gain alignment across all project phases.
