Qualifications

• Education: Current student in a related bachelor's or master’s program or has graduated from such a program within the past year.
• Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule onsite in Needham, MA.
• Create product designs using SolidWorks or Rhino with confidence and precision.
• Visualize ideas through high-quality 3D renderings in tools like Keyshot.
• Deliver meticulous attention to detail, even under tight deadlines.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Industrial Design team with real product development tasks.
• Translate insights into user-centered design solutions for consumer products.
• Create sketches, renderings, and CAD to support concepts from ideation to prototyping.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing to align design with feasibility and branding.
• Develop prototypes and visual assets to test concepts and communicate ideas.
