• CAD proficiency and experience with 3D modeling software.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines.
• Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product development.

Responsibilities

• Design, ideation, and optimization of plastic products and components.
• Develop design concepts, sketches, renderings, and 3D models using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Support product roadmap creation and innovation funnel.
• Document design iterations, specifications, and engineering changes.
