Qualifications

• Experience using Excel, Project, and CAD software.
• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma experience to increase efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts to develop optimal solutions for sortation and transportation networks.
• Define ambiguous problems and develop technical specifications for equipment evaluation and deployment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions quickly.
• Understand business and technical requirements across mechanical, electrical, and controls functions.
• Manage multiple projects with stakeholders, driving timelines and decisions.
• Document solutions with clear technical documentation and data-driven justifications.
• Travel up to 50% and relocate if needed.
