Job summary

University of Cincinnati is seeking Industrial Design Undergraduate Adjunct Instructors to support core curriculum delivery within the Ullman School of Design. The role involves administering existing syllabi, grading, advising, and coordinating with fellow faculty for multi-section courses.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial Design or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or related field with six years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer existing core curriculum syllabi with some potential modification.
• Submit grades for all students enrolled in course.
• Refer students with any special needs or circumstances to DAAP advisers when necessary.
• Coordinate with other faculty members for multi-section course alignment.
• May serve as an academic adviser for students and evaluate student coursework.
• Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of his or her responsibilities.
• Review, and where necessary, respond in a timely manner to all University-related communications.
