Merrell Bros., Inc. is seeking a dedicated Industrial Custodian at our Corporate Headquarters in Kokomo, IN. The role involves cleaning, maintenance, and organization to keep the work environment safe and healthy.

Responsibilities include cleaning spaces for the next day, operating cleaning equipment, pressure washing bays, fueling fleet vehicles, and restocking supplies. Strong attention to detail and physical endurance are required.

Formación

• Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment.
• Experience driving fork truck.
• Attention to detail and conscientiousness.
• Able to lift 50 lbs; consistent heavy lifting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare spaces for the next day by removing trash, cleaning equipment and surfaces.
• Sweep/mop floors and vacuum carpets; operate industrial floor scrubber.
• Pressure wash bays and maintain outer premises.
• Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and restrooms; restock disposables.
• Report major damages to management and assist with other tasks to improve efficiency.
