Job summary

Precoat Metals is seeking a dedicated janitorial/maintenance worker to keep the plant and office spaces clean and orderly. You will follow safety rules, use cleaning equipment, and communicate with other departments to maintain a safe facility.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, minor repairs, and assisting with office areas and common spaces. Previous industrial experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school reading and writing required.
• Experience in industrial/warehouse environments preferred.
• Ability to operate small manual and electric tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and orderly plant and office areas.
• Follow safety rules and SOPs.
• Perform sweeping, mopping and trash/recycling tasks.
• Keep lobby and glass areas clean; report repairs.
• Assist with minor painting and facility maintenance.
• Support clerks with file storage and inventory tasks.
