The role involves troubleshooting, testing, and modernization of high and low voltage systems, with emphasis on safety and reliability. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial electrical work, NEC knowledge, and ability to work with PLCs and motor control centers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years experience in industrial electrical field.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• CDL preferred or willingness to obtain Class B+.
• Thorough knowledge of NEC standards and electrical code.
• Ability to use hand and power tools typical to the trade.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Safety training and commitment to a safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair, maintenance, installation, and modernization of industrial electrical systems.
• Inspect and test electrical circuits, lighting, and controls.
• Diagnose faults and isolate defects in wiring, switches, motors, and equipment.
• Measure, cut, and install electrical conduit; troubleshoot PLCs and motor controls.
• Maintain records and ensure lockout/tagout procedures.

Indiana Division is seeking applicants who have the experience and the desire to join our team as an Electrician.
