Job summary

AMSOIL INC. is seeking a Custodian to join the Maintenance team at the AMSOIL Center in Superior, Wisconsin. The role focuses on keeping production areas, warehouses, offices and common spaces clean, safe and organized to support efficient operations.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of industrial cleaning experience; forklift certification is preferred and training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of industrial cleaning experience.
• Forklift certification preferred; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Team player with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and scrub floors in production areas, warehouses, offices and common spaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Wash windows, walls and other surfaces as needed.
• Dust furniture, HVAC vents and other surfaces as needed.
• Keep break rooms and restrooms stocked with consumables.
• Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables and industrial waste according to AMSOIL standards.
• Operate drivable floor sweepers, floor scrubbers and forklift equipment as required.
• Follow OSHA and AMSOIL safety guidelines.
• Report spills, leaks or safety hazards immediately.
• Perform minor repairs, such as changing light bulbs and painting.
• Assist maintenance teams during deep-cleaning projects.
• Maintain logs of cleaning activities and safety checks within the CMMS system, Limble.
