Job summary

Daifuku is seeking highly motivated technicians to join our team. You will maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in smart security lanes conveyor systems, including photo eyes, RFID readers, motors, and PLC I/O modules.

The role combines mechanical and electrical work with a focus on safety and time-sensitive repairs. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in maintenance, schematic reading, preventive maintenance, and the ability to read diagrams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with BHS, heavy equipment or industrial machines maintenance and repair.
• 1+ years of schematic/diagram reading and equipment diagnostics.
• 1+ years of preventative/predictive maintenance procedures.
• Flexibility with work hours including holidays and on-call.
• MS Office (Outlook, Excel & Word) proficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with conveyor systems and related components.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance: clean, lubricate, test equipment, and verify functionality.
• Respond to downtime and provide essential repairs in a timely manner.
• Use schematics with physical equipment for diagnostics and planning.
• Coordinate downtime with third parties for planned maintenance.
