Job summary

Daifuku is seeking skilled maintenance technicians to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on conveyor systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, supervise downtime, and work with vendors and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires 1+ year in industrial maintenance, ability to read schematics, and availability for 24/7 shifts, including holidays and weekends. Proficiency with MS Office and safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with heavy equipment or industrial machine maintenance and repair.
• 1+ year of schematic/diagram reading and equipment diagnostics.
• 1+ year of preventative/predictive maintenance procedures.
• Flexibility with work hours and days (24/7 operation including holidays).
• Availability for on-call duty, including holidays and weekends.
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel & Word).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with smart security lane conveyor systems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks: clean, lubricate, test equipment, test systems.
• Respond to downtime incidents and provide essential repairs in a timely manner.
• Use schematics with physical equipment for diagnostics.
• Schedule equipment downtime with third parties for planned maintenance.
• Assist Technical Operations Team and manufacturers to resolve elevated issues.
