Job summary

Qualifications
- Hands-on troubleshooting with PLCs and industrial equipment.
- Ability to trace PLC logic, inputs/outputs, and sensors to root cause.
- Experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell control systems.
- Demonstrated ownership of troubleshooting from symptoms to fix and verify.
- Experience with FANUC or similar robotics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot PLC and automation hardware to diagnose root causes.
- Own PLC-related issues from definition through closure and validation.
- Manage CapEx scope for controls projects and coordinate with vendors.
- Maintain documentation and follow Smartsheet processes for requests.
- Perform preventive maintenance reviews and reliability improvements.
