Job summary

Seda North America is seeking an Industrial Controls Technician (2nd shift, 3PM–11PM) in Mount Pleasant, WI. The role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing industrial control systems, performing routine electrical and mechanical maintenance, and supporting system improvements in a clean, modern facility.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial controls, PLC experience (Fanuc/Allen Bradley/Siemens), and familiarity with CMMS, HVAC, and schematics.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in industrial controls maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
Familiarity with HVAC and building automation systems.
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial control systems (PLC, HMI, AC/DC/Servo drives).
Perform routine maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize system performance.
Maintain accurate records and ensure safety compliance.
Diagnose electrical systems using voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and logic tools.
Support minor mechanical repairs, welding, and fabrication.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for layout and system improvements.
