Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems is hiring for a 2nd shift maintenance role in Wisconsin. You will troubleshoot electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, interpret schematics, and perform mechanical repairs to keep high‑value manufacturing equipment running smoothly.

CMMS is used to document parts and tasks, with responsibility for installations, testing, and safety compliance. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards on a 2nd shift

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field is required.
• Ability to use computer systems to document work in CMMS.
• Proficiency reading schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate minor electrical circuits; test PLC/electrical controls.
• Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic issues; restore to spec.
• Install electrical/electronic controls on equipment via schematics.
• Read blueprints and work from drawings with minimal oversight.
• Lay out and assemble fixtures, wiring, and panels; mount motors and transformers.
• Commission and monitor installed equipment for hazards or adjustments.
