Job summary

Arrow International is expanding its manufacturing automation team. You will design and validate robust PLC logic (Allen-Bradley), develop operator-friendly HMIs, and integrate vision inspection, inkjet, and variable-data printing across production lines.

Working with Process and Controls Engineering, Production, and Maintenance, you’ll translate improvement ideas into repeatable controls solutions, document panels and wiring, and help safeguard uptime.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical, Controls, or Automation Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of PLC programming; Allen-Bradley preferred.
• Industrial vision experience (Cognex or Keyence) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate robust PLC logic (Allen-Bradley) to stabilize manufacturing performance.
• Create operator-friendly HMIs and integrate inline vision, inkjet, and variable-data printing.
• Collaborate with Process and Controls Engineering to deliver repeatable controls solutions and document wiring standards.
