The Industrial Maintenance and Controls Maintenance Technician provides preventive and corrective maintenance for all production and facility equipment within the Center to ensure or improve production efficiency. This is a multidiscipline technician position.

Starting pay $28 hour DOE

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on pneumatic, hydraulic, motion control and mechanical systems
• HVAC-R experience desired but not required
• Troubleshooting using Allen Bradley MicroLogix, CompactLogix, and ControlLogix PLC interface for diagnostics
• Lead team in troubleshooting and replacement of faulty PLCs
• Assist with installation of new equipment
• Conduct basic electrical and mechanical repairs as assigned
• Assist with facility improvement and basic repairs including floors, walls, and ceilings
• Assist management with scheduling maintenance projects
• Support outside contractors with repairs/maintenance as needed
• Maintain accurate and complete departmental record
