Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an Industrial Controls Technician / Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity in the Kent/Auburn, WA area. You will troubleshoot production equipment, work with industrial automation, and support a fast-paced manufacturing operation.

The role offers growth in a stable manufacturing environment with modern systems, a commitment to workforce, and long-term stability in a critical maintenance function.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Install new equipment and support plant improvement and upgrade projects.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, prints, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot industrial automation, electrical controls, and three-phase power systems.
• Assist with general facility maintenance and support production needs as required.
