Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks an Industrial Controls Technician to maintain and repair production equipment in a Kent, WA facility. The role involves troubleshooting industrial automation systems, reading mechanical drawings, and supporting upgrades and preventative maintenance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The position is full-time, direct hire, with a 24/7 facility schedule and shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Install new equipment and support plant improvement and upgrade projects.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, prints, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot industrial automation, electrical controls, and three-phase power systems.
• Assist with general facility maintenance and support production needs as required.
