Job summary

Autonomy Staffing is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Kent, WA. This full-time, on-site role focuses on preventative maintenance and rapid troubleshooting of industrial equipment to keep production running smoothly.

Shift options include Swing or Night, with 12 days on/2 off or 5x10s, and pay of $28–$34/hour DOE. Candidates must pass screenings and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and troubleshooting experience required.
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
