Job summary

California Hydronics Corp in Hayward, CA is seeking an experienced industrial electrician to wire, test, and troubleshoot UL 508A control panels and automation systems. You will read electrical schematics, route wiring for PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and power distribution equipment, and support FAT and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial electrical or control panel wiring experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or cert is a plus.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use hand tools/test equipment confidently.

Responsibilities

• Wire, test, and troubleshoot UL 508A industrial control panels and automation systems using electrical schematics.
• Route, label, and terminate wiring for PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motor starters, and power distribution equipment.
• Conduct continuity checks, pre-power inspections, and assist with FAT.
• Diagnose wiring errors or electrical faults and maintain redline documentation for Engineering.
