California Hydronics Corp is seeking an experienced electrician/technician to build a long-term career with ownership in their work. The role focuses on wiring and testing UL 508A panels, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety and quality through FAT and OSHA protocols.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial electrical or control panel wiring experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or electrical trade cert is a plus.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use hand tools/test equipment confidently.
• Journeyman Electrician certification or UL 508A experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wire, test, and troubleshoot UL 508A industrial control panels and automation systems using electrical schematics.
• Route, label, and terminate wiring for PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motor starters, and power distribution equipment.
• Conduct continuity checks, pre-power inspections, and assist with FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing).
• Diagnose wiring errors or electrical faults and maintain redline documentation for Engineering.
• Follow strict OSHA, electrical safety, and Lockout/Tagout protocols.
