Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional writing experience in content marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years writing for B2B, industrial, manufacturing, chemical, adhesive/sealant, or other technical industries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing communications, technical writing, digital marketing, journalism, English, marketing, communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply an understanding of assigned business units, markets, and audience needs.
• Research adhesive technologies, market applications, and industry trends to ensure content accuracy.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather input and plan content.
• Transform complex technical information into clear, engaging content for marketing and sales.
• Write, edit, and refine content across multiple formats including flyers, brochures, case studies, newsletters, emails, websites, and blog articles.
• Outline, draft, revise, and deliver content projects on time aligned with objectives.
• Tailor content for different audience types and customer journey stages.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently and support rebranding efforts.
• Work with Digital Marketing to incorporate SEO best practices into content.
• Deliver polished, publication-ready content with minimal edits required.
