Job summary

AIM is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to bridge Marketing, Technical Support, and Sales, translating complex manufacturing concepts into clear, compelling content across blogs, websites, emails, and social media.

You will work with Marketing, Technology R&D, and product teams to develop messaging, buyer personas, and training materials, maintaining brand voice and driving lead generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Knowledge of the B2B manufacturing industry.
• A unique combination of technical-mindedness and creativity.
• Interest in research and proven ability to explain complex ideas.
• Polished writing skills with proven ability to create engaging content for multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Shape messaging frameworks, positioning, and content narratives that align with commercial objectives, marketing campaigns, and customer challenges.
• Create, update, and maintain content for blogs, landing pages, ABM content, training guides, videos, email campaigns, advertising copy, presentations, website, social media, press releases, etc.
• Turn market insights and customer pain points into compelling content initiatives.
• Ensure messaging consistency across all channels and materials.
• Develop engineering and buyer personas with cross-functional teams and tailor content journeys.
• Write articles for industry publications and establish industry relationships.
• Create product- and process-related updates to inform sales and clients.
• Perform other duties as requested.
