TransTech Energy, LLC in Houston, TX, is seeking a talented Content Creator & Graphic Designer to join a high-output marketing team supporting a multi-brand industrial organization.

This role requires versatility and a strong portfolio, producing design and content across decks, collateral, digital campaigns, and trade show materials under tight deadlines. A demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality work is essential.

Qualificações

• Portfolio demonstrating design and content creation work is required for consideration.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or ability to learn marketing automation platforms quickly; hands-on HubSpot experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Canva within brand kits and templates.
• Strong presentation design skills in PowerPoint and Canva.
• Two or more years of content creation and graphic design experience; B2B/industrial experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work quickly under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and brand standards.
• Solid writing and editing fundamentals with attention to proofreading copy and design.

Responsabilidades

• Design presentation decks, including sales decks and capabilities overviews, that are polished and on-brand.
• Create graphic content across the full marketing mix (brochures, case studies, trade show graphics, signage, infographics, emails, social assets).
• Produce and publish digital content in HubSpot (landing pages, emails, blog layouts, CTAs, web graphics).
• Assist with brand integration for newly acquired companies and unify collateral across brands.
• Apply brand standards consistently across eight-plus brands for distinct audiences.
