MPI seeks an experienced Industrial Superintendent to lead complex industrial construction projects across Northeast Ohio. You will manage field operations, coordinate trades, ensure safety and quality, and drive schedules and budgets while collaborating with project teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or equivalent.
• Experience managing industrial construction projects and facilities.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations on industrial projects.
• Lead subs, self-perform crews, vendors, and on-site teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to hit milestones.
• Coordinate site activities to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Enforce safety procedures and promote a strong safety culture.
• Hold coordination meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor quality control and ensure conformance to specs.
• Plan manpower, materials, logistics, and equipment use.
• Support preconstruction planning and project startup.
• Maintain field reports, inspections, and punch lists.
• Drive project turnover and client satisfaction.
