Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee industrial and interior projects in Plano, TX. The role demands strong leadership, deep knowledge of industrial systems, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades on fast-paced sites.

You will drive safety, schedule, and quality while managing budgets and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. A degree or certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a Construction Superintendent on commercial, industrial or interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of industrial systems (structural, mechanical, electrical) and interior finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs; lead multiple trades.
• Solid safety track record; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Proficient with Procore, MS Project and Bluebeam for scheduling and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site construction activities to meet plans and quality standards.
• Develop and execute project schedules; sequence trades to milestones.
• Manage subcontractors and craft personnel; oversee hiring and performance.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols; lead safety meetings and inspections.
• Coordinate deliveries, materials, and equipment; control costs.
• Review drawings and change orders; clarify requirements with field teams.
• Perform quality checks at milestones and address deficiencies.
• Lead meetings with clients, engineers and subcontractors; issue progress reports.
• Monitor budgets and process change orders to mitigate risk.
• Oversee interior finishes, MEP coordination, and commissioning when applicable.
